What we collect

• What you search for (part numbers, descriptions, brand).
• What you send with a sourcing request: part and equipment details, quantity, urgency, delivery location, notes, and your contact details (name, company, email, phone).

Why

To source the part you asked for, prepare a quote, and contact you about that request. Searches also help us see which parts people look for.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell your information.
• We don’t send you marketing unless you separately agree to it. Sending a request does not sign you up for anything.

Cookies

We use one first-party cookie (sfp_session). It holds a random identifier so the site works securely (form protection) and so we can count searches without knowing who you are. It is not used for advertising, and there are no third-party trackers.

Deleting your information

To ask us to delete the information you sent, write to privacy@searchforpart.com and include your request reference if you have one.
